First, as you promised us sending 13 edited photos and 7 or 8 fixed photos on the weekend. We have not received them yet.

Second, you should get our permission first before you posted our photots to the PUBLIC.
We tried to contact you over 10 times this morning, but you hung up on us and turned off your cell. Hopefully, you guys can see this note when you have time.

I was on vacation for a week and I had no internet and phone access until I landed in Canada this afternoon. Before I left, I informed all my clients by having a autoreply in my email so that all my clients are informed what is going on throughout this week. I don't know how you have contacted my cell phone because my cell phone was shut down all times during the week. If you check your email, I replied your email as soon as when I entered Canada and had internet access this afternoon.
When it comes to photo editing, I wish you to understand that the time it takes, is proportional to the quality of my deliverables. There was no guarantee that I have to deliver them to you before I left, especially with such short time notice after your new editing request. In fact I remember you told me over the phone that it was ok if I can't finish everything before last weekend. But I have finished most of them and just some finish touches left and I will deliver them all to you this weekend.
As I mentioned in the email, I keep my best work as my own portfolio and I post some of my work for sharing. To protect my client photos, I always make sure that the photos I posted are in reduced size and with a watermark. But if you are not comfortable having your photo posted in this thread, I can definitely remove it for you.
Moving forward, we will continue to be courteous and professional when we work together with local families. It has always been an inspirational process and we are grateful to have a chance to capture the brightest moments of our clients. I certainly believe that the slightest misunderstanding should not be used to define my studio, its work, and our customer service.
