Ferritin读数偏高咋办？

上周五体检，今天护士给我来了个电话说我铁蛋白高偏高357，正常应该是80-300，让我2个月以内再去抽次血验验。
大家有啥经验可以传授一下，能比较有效的降低这玩意儿吗？
少吃猪肉跟牛肉？多吃蔬菜水果？多喝水？

我的ferritin 指数也高，这边的测试试剂和国内的不一样，建议你回国去做一次

 

这头医生是抽血查的，回国就要等明年春节了

国内也是抽血查的，只是最后用来验血的试剂是不同的，所以指数标准也不同，也许你在国内查出来就是标准范围以内的。另外少吃一点红肉，含高铁的蔬菜也少吃，可以吃奶蓟草（milk thistle)保健品增加肝脏活力。

上次检查，也是这个值高。又多抽了4管血。最后医生说不是什么问题，说如果不放心可以安排专家再看看。我就说安排专家吧，结果半年过去了根本没人联系我。

 

事后抽血检查是让你在2个月以内去吗？还是2个月以后去啊？

I got the same problem and my number is more higher than yours (>400).

I am getting 2nd round blood test to further investigation now.

Searching some websites may indicate Hemochromatosis. Just share with you a bit.

 

Do you take multiple Vitamins recently? It may contain high dose Fe.
