不知道大lot房子有什么好处，这么喜欢养草割草？还是现在蓄地皮，将来有开发商接盘？

个人认为：加息对于房地产的影响心理作用更主要。现在看到的是市场走软，但好像还没有看到大量抛售，价格大幅下跌的情况。供需还是关键，利息涨，楼市弱，房租涨很能说明这个情况。

对于买家，谁会愿意去blind bidding? 不论投资还是自己改善，买不动产首付和贷款都要给自己留下一定回旋余地。若留好了余地，弱市中买家会有诸多谈判筹码。

但是，千万不要头脑发热不量力而为，否则遇见今年的市场就会让自己被动了。
